Introduction: We offer over 20 allergy-free flavors in regular and sugar free. Our snowballs are consistently soft, fluffy ice covered with sweet, delicious flavors. The best part of my job is the responses to our shaved ice. Most customers don't realize how sweet the flavors are until they try them. . . and they say, "Wow, this is really good."

Anita was such a delight to work with. She was punctual and very great with all the guests! We have a wide array of ages at this event and it was a hit! Her products were amazing. Tiger Blood was my favorite flavor. I will definitely recommend her for your future events!

Cheerful, friendly and all the kids were thrilled we appreciated that the servings were fairly small because the little kids didn’t waste and the bigger kids could try more than one flavor.

Anita was absolutely great to work with. Anita was able to accommodate a 2 and a 5 year old joint outdoor party at my house from our parking spot in front of our house (4p-6p for 35 people). Anita arrived on time and walked through what she needed to do to setup and she was able to setup in plenty of time for our first guests arrived. Anita was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I talked to her it was as if I knew her forever. This was the perfect pandemic idea as everyone was able to get their own food and dessert and find places to eat when and where they felt comfortable and safe. My daughter has severe allergies (FPIES) and she was able to eat a sausage for dinner and have shaved ice (and put orange juice on it) which is a safe foods for my daughter - this was her first time eating dinner and dessert with anyone outside of our home. It was more than I could ask for. I highly recommend Anita and will continue to tell anyone that will listen. :)

We had the best experience with Anita. I have never booked food trucks before and we were not disappointed. She came to a community event with a whole variety of guests. She was quick, professional and so easy to work with. And the shaved ice was amazing!!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our current rate is $300 for a minimum two hours and $100 each additional hour. Events with guests over 100 will be charged an additional fee of $150. Fees include setup/breakdown and unlimited shaved ice for your guests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss details about the event. If we have the availability, the customer will receive a contract to sign and return to us for confirmation of booking the event. Confirmation concludes within 7-10 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food and beverage/hospitality industry for many years providing customer service via restaurants, hotels, and convention centers. I also am a Licensed Certified Food Manager.
