Fuad was great. He contacted me in less than 5 minutes to schedule my appointment. He then was available the next day, which was a holiday. He quickly diagnosed my oven repair, fixed it, checked a few other appliances all for a low rate. He is also great about cleaning up, as stated in the other reviews. I would use him again. Finally he gave good tips on appliance maintenance on fridge and oven.
