I took my computer to a chain repair store several times and it always came back with more issues than I sent it in with. I finally reached out to DotSight Solutions and Imran responded right away. I was starting a new WFH job and needed a working computer right away. With all of the crazy issues my computer had, there was no way to fix it quickly. Imran was very honest with me and set realistic expectations. He walked me through everything he was doing and helped me understand my computer better. Instead of rushing the job, he gave me a loaner computer so I could start work right away and he could take his time and do the job right. He ended up finishing quicker than expected and I had my computer back a week later. He will also travel to you for pick up and drop off so distance is not an issue! I recommend DotSight Solutions to everyone.

DotSight did a fantastic job on the repair for my Dell gaming computer! My repair was completed extremely quickly. Imran (the owner) had a very thorough understanding of what was wrong with my PC and was able to explain complex issues in term I could easily understand. DotSight is very honest in how they conduct business, and Imran is an all around lovely person to chat with as well. 10/10 recommend to all with computer issues!

Imran was very transparent and honest with the repair and gave me the best option for my computer. When I gave him my iMac, I was on the verge of throwing it away bc Best Buy said it was a motherboard issue. Imran corrected their analysis and fix my computer. I turned it on and it feels like a brand new machine. Much faster than before!

Imran, the owner of DotSight Solutions, responded to my request for information/quote within an hour of contacting him. My Mac screen broke and after going to Apple, looked around for a better price and quicker repair. Imran did both. He not only picked up and then returned my computer from my home, he also honored the original quote even though there was more work that needed to be done to complete the repair. I highly recommend DotSight Solutions!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our labor pricing consists of our time to diagnose and repair the machine. Our parts pricing consists of quality products that are proven to last. We don't use third-party parts that are potentially hazardous to install on the machine, such as power adapters and batteries. We do our best to only use OEM Genuine parts (when reasonably available)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we introduce ourselves and we jump right into it. We discuss with them what problems they're having and what solutions they've attempted. Depending on where the conversation goes will dictate how we handle the customers needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I have a B.S. in Engineering and have been working as a Computer Engineer since 2010, all my knowledge regarding computer repair and IT consulting is self-taught. I understand that it takes a combination of technical skill AND customer relations to get the job done right
