FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. We provide training packages YOU get to chose from based on how much help you believe you need. No sales pressure or scams to get you to pay a big fee up front, no ridiculous guarantees either. (It's a live animal not a Refrigerator!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For behavioral problems we ask extensive questions to help understand the specifics of your situation and your dog. Then, we begin training right away.
