- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're extremely affordable and price our jobs fair. However, there are a few bad apples (contractors) who do a crappy job charge just half of what we charge and buy materials from big-box stores. If you go with them expect it to last only 6 months at best. What we use is industrial quality so the cost of material alone is 6-8x more than the watered-down version that is sold in big-box stores. Our price reflects a quality job, so it's not going to be cheap but it's very fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have our front-office ladies get the information from the customer. Then you're connected to our Project Manager who does a phone, face-time or in-person estimate. Then the PM Schedules a day when the crew can come over and do the job. It's a simple and straight forward, hassle-free process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is not an industry-standard certification course. Our crew, however, is manufacturer certified. How is that important? Only if we are manufacturer certified we can buy the quality product (that's not sold in stores) that are directly sold to the contractors. Which also means, we know the science and art behind the product and can provide a guarantee and the manufacturer can stand behind the product too. Reimagine Concrete doesn't stop there - We have an internal policy to have an annual re-training program with the industry experts and manufacturers. This is to keep us sharp and at the cutting-edge of an ever-changing landscape.
