- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on quality and not quantity. What good is there in giving out 10 pictures of the exact same scene of the exact same thing? We choose the best of the best pictures to keep editing costs down. If you want more, we increase the overall operating cost or provide those extra shots you may want at an a-la-carte rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We first discuss the needs of the customer and determine the genre of photography needed. 2) Then we send the client a proposal with our method of photography and a quote 3) After that, we send an invoice based on what was discussed in the proposal and a contract is included. Clients can pay with any major credit card or PayPal. We DO NOT RSVP dates or book any time without a deposit. 4) We show up at the event usually 15-30 minutes early and identify important scenes or people the client wants us to shoot. 5) Then we edit the shots and send them out, sometimes within 3 days depending on the selected package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As CEO of CCP Photos, Im self taught. However, I have frequently been featured to represent fortune 500 companies with stock photography and lifestyle shots. In addition, I have a modest following of about a dozen assistants who I teach the methods of photography and video.
