Sam I Am Your Handyman
About this pro
I spent the day with Sam, as he assembled and hung cabinets, mounted a TV, replaced two uncooperative smoke alarms, replaced a defective electronic key lock, hung a hammock chair, and assembled and hung a ceiling mounted storage system. Throughout the day, he was focused on the tasks, was highly capable and professional at every task. He provided advice on how different installations should be completed, which I found very helpful. I am very, very, very happy to have all of these tasks completed and very, very, very pleased with work that Sam did for me and plan to hire him again in the future for additional tasks.Jul 12, 2018Verified
I am extremely happy with the way Sam worked on this project. He was very pleasant to work with. He was patient, understood my requirements and provided suggestions before we proceeded. Together, we were able to overcome some complications. I will hire him again for projects like this.Mar 10, 2018VerifiedSam A.'s reply

Thank you, Laura.
Sam did fantastic work on a project that required some creative thinking. He built a wood support frame inside a 90's era TV cubby above the fireplace so that it could accommodate a 60" tv. He worked at a quick pace (but not rushed) and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done.Dec 6, 2017Sam A.'s reply

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Don't accept or put up with sub par workmanship.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?A handyman is typically considered a jack of all trades and master of none. But that's not always true. If one takes his job seriously and has accumulated a lifetime of experience at various skills he can become a jack of all trades and master at many.
