- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Groceries are billed separately. My service fee is $50-60/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask about dietary restrictions, likes & dislikes. All meals are custom made to the client. I may follow a recipe as a guide but the meal is made start to finish for that specific client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I lived in Italy for several months, where I learned about seasonal cooking. I volunteered on a farm for 2 yrs where I learned a lot about produce & how to pick & care for it properly. I regularly take cooking classes with chefs around the country & Thailand.
