I use to be an athlete, so I couldn’t imagine paying someone to train me, but after being convinced by friends to try working with a personal trainer I found Carlos. He is exactly what I needed to get me over the hump to great fitness. He’s attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s only been two week, but now my dream look doesn’t seem to far away.

Carlos is fantastic! My 16 yo son needed someone to help with off ice training that is relatable and encouraging. Carlos not only challenges him but keeps him motivated to reach his goals. He is flexible with location and really affordable. I’d highly recommend him.

I’ve been training with Carlos for the last 5 weeks and I’ve noticed an improvement in energy, tone, and have lost some of the weight I gained over the last couple of years. He has a great attitude and is a very well informed trainer who helps make suggestions about making healthy eating choices and helps motivate me to workout more regularly.
