FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I perform are portrait shoots. Engagements, families, seniors, and models. I typically shoot on location, but have an indoor set up also. There are always options for outfit changes and location changes. Shoots range from two to four hours on the same day. I also shoot weddings and events. I really love getting to work with extended families and talk to all kinds of people. I'm very outgoing and personable and I do well managing the large groups when needed. With both of these types of jobs, I can also provide custom designed albums, cards, graduation announcements, you name it!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Especially for events, don't settle for something that isn't exactly what you want. You can always put off ordering prints and albums, or order them over time, but if you never have great images to begin with, you are stuck. You should always make sure your photographer has insurance, back up equipment, and a plan in case of bad weather (for outdoor events). Last but not least, you should find a photographer who is willing to spend time with you to plan out exactly what you want - you want to find someone whose personality meshes well with your own.
