Introduction: Hi there! I am the photographer behind Helena Tewolde Photography LLC. I am a portrait and fashion photographer based in Fairfax, VA and serving the DC area. My photography can be done in either digital or film, your choice depending on the look you are going for! I love shooting in natural lighting and connecting with all my clients to make them feel comfortable and themselves in front of the camera. I needed to have a couple of professional photos done for a resume profile and some professional endeavors. Specifications for the images required a specific kind of lighting, background, and theme to align with the upcoming work projects. Helena immediately grasped the requirements and set up an appointment for the session within the timeframe that I needed. She was flexible about the appointment times and gave me several options of days/times to choose from. She was always prompt in responding to my communications. Helena set aside time to discuss the project in detail and was open to my ideas as well. She was punctual and allotted a comfortable amount of time for the photoshoot. Notably, Helena was not only responsible, she was kind, compassionate, patient and open-minded. It was a joy to work with her. As for the actual photo work, the images came out beautifully. She did such a fanstastic job with the photos that I ended up with both professional photos and great options for my personal collection and home. The turnaround time for receiving the finished project was really fast. I requested digital images and received them with edits about 24 hours after the photoshoot. Additionally, her costs were reasonable for the simplicity of the project I needed. She was very good about offering me a cost for service that matched my unique needs. I will definitely be using her services again this year for upcoming projects and directly referring any colleagues or friends with a need for photo services.
