- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 249$/month for ONE Social Media account of your choice. And for every additional account, we charge 100$ more. The cost is fixed and includes advertising charges as well. No hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a quick phone call to know more about your needs. We will need you to add us as the admin for Facebook and give us your Instagram and Twitter credentials. We will analyze your needs and account for 24 hours and the work will start within 1 day. You can sit back and enjoy your growth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Myself, the founder and my co-founder, worked at Huffington Post as social media content creators. We both did a lot of freelance social media work on the side as well. We started getting a lot of clients and decided to start our own company with the mindset that we should be the place 'Where Brands Begin' and thus Buzz Chef started.
