- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?IT Services: For out call services I charge a $35 Service Call Fee and a $85 per hour. For remote services it is $85 per hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I read daily on new technology that is being released. From cloud storage, to personal devices. I attend many seminars dealing with network and data security during the course of the year. Also every year I retake my certification exams just to keep up with today's quickly changing technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?After being shuffled around from one government contract to another I decided to take things in my own hands and build a company that would provide a high level of service to its customers.
