The issue I was having with my dryer magically disappeared before my service call. I asked if the issue could be diagnosed while the dryer was operating normally. AtoZ made no promises, but offered to come take a look, leaving the decision to me. I canceled the appointment, but am keeping AtoZ on speed dial as I am sure I'll be needing their services in the future.

Abdul had excellent communication and did a very professional job installing a drum roller replacement kit in our LG dryer.
He gave me a time window initially and said he would call 30 minutes before arriving, which he did. He then set about the repair and completed it promptly and efficiently.
I have no hesitation recommending his services for appliance repair, and will definitely call him for any future issues. Thanks Abdul!

Our range was had a stronger than usual gas smell when we used the oven so I contacted A to Z. He was able to come check out a gas range with 48 hours of contacting him. He assessed the range and explained that the oven just may have not been used for a while. The charge for service was $65 but it was worth to know that gas was not leaking.
P.S. Also we have multiple carbon M.O. detectors but those sometimes can’t tell if gas is leaking until its really bad. So if you smell gas unusually, get it checked out!
