I am a certified weight loss specialist, and I also specialize in keeping Baby Boomers healthy and fit! What I love most about my job is the ability to help people to live happier, healthier, fuller lives through helping them to exercise and eat well. I love that I get to teach! I was a classroom teacher for ten years, so I enjoy helping people to learn what will work for them, and I love being creative in fitness programming.

Tiffany helped me believe in myself , before meeting Tiffany I always wanted to exercise but had no idea what to do . I thought maybe if I got a gym membership that would be a good start , Well that really didn't work I was paying for a membership and not even stepping foot in the gym that lasted for about 2 years . Tiffany changed my life , before I could not look in the mirror and smile now that I know how to eat properly and exercise I can look in that mirror and see a big change in my body . It means a lot to me that Tiffany takes the time to make sure that you are getting the best workout possible and doing them correctly . I may occasionally say put that clip board away but , I enjoy trying new exercises . By changing how I eat and exercising a least 4 days a week I feel like a million dollars , I can walk anywhere and not be out of breath .

awesome early AM Bootcamp program! would def recommend for mom's looking to loose baby-weight after pregnancy -- they let you go at your own pace and don't yell in your face when you can't do a certain exercise, unlike other bootcamps I have been to!

Tiffany is doing a six-month rebuild on this sixty-five year old body of mine. After two and a half months, I am stronger, more fit and beginning to round into shape I have not been in for a number of years.She is encouraging, listens to your concerns and knows when to push you to achieve. I recommend her highly.

I have been training with Tiffany for almost two years. She has come to 3 different gyms and even to my home to work out with me. I have made tremendous progress over those two years and feel great about myself. Tiffany pushes me just as far as I can go but not too far. She also has a great sense of humor which is a big plus when you feel like you just can't go on another minute! She is encouraging in a kind and thoughtful way. If you want a trainer that will yell at you or intimidate you, she is not the one! If you want someone to motivate you and make you come to love your work outs, then I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough!

Tiffany has been my personal trainer now for more than a month, and she's a gem. She's always punctual, always pleasant and energetic, and pushes me to do more than I think I can, which is exactly what I wanted in a trainer. And I'm seeing results in how my clothes fit, in how I feel, and in how strong I'm becoming as a result of our work with weights and boxing, in addition to cardio. Tiffany also provides advice on nutrition and diet, which I appreciate. She was more expensive than some of the other trainers I interviewed, but she's been worth every penny to me so far!
