The company arrived early and got straight to work. They explained what needed to be done and what order they would be working in, and really put their all into it. If they had questions for me they would ask, and if I had questions for them, they would answer. Attaching a few photos of my condo AFTER Blue Ribbon Company came by to "clean" it. The pictures speak for themselves. Overall, there were a lot of gaps in what was supposed to be cleaned, such as: - Oil and food spills on stove - Grime and residue (from their cleaning products) on sink faucet and bathroom tiles - Powder from cleaning products not rinsed from shower stall - Debris on windowsills - Vents not dusted - 0/2 TV and 0/3 ceiling fans dusted - Floors not completely mopped In addition to this, the cap for one of my faucet knobs was missing when I arrived home. When I communicated this to Manuel, the answer was simply, "I asked you whether you wanted a deep cleaning or regular. Deep cleaning is more detailed than the regular." I have hired a lot of cleaning companies so know what regular cleanings include. This is not even close. Amy, we will be cleaning your place on 3/23. Your roommate was there the whole time when we finished the job. She checked the job and she said is was fine. This was the same day you sent me a message asking about your sink faucet. You didn't even mention how you weren't satisfied with the cleaning on the day we went. If these pictures were taken 3 days after obviously it would have gotten dirty again.
Christina and Manuel came to my new house, right on time to clean the former owner’s dog’s hair out of the carpet. They did a very thorough job for the exact price they quoted. Days later, my carpet still smells fresh and my son who’s allergic to dog dander is no longer sneezing. Great job, would definitely use them again!Jun 18, 2018Verified
