FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What my customers should know is that the first initial cleaning is always going to be a DEEP cleaning and that's why the price will be higher. But second cleaning which would be the start of the recurring cleanings would be a lower price. Also, for example if you wanted a recurring house cleaning and have a basement but don't want the basement cleaned every time that is okay and price would be different if you wanted to exclude or include it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I typically do is first start off with a in-home estimate which is free so I have a visual how long it would take for first cleaning and recurring cleanings. And also to talk about preferences with cleaning products. The first cleaning would be a deep clean which is a higher price. But then recurring cleaning prices are different depending on if it's weekly, monthly, or bi-weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cleaning journey started off cleaning with a cleaning company for many years and I slowly started to gain personal houses for myself to clean.
