She did a great job with her team and even connected me to a cheaper carpet cleaner as well. They also got some really tough stains out of the bathroom grout! Would definitely recommend and hire again!!

Had a great experience with Maribel. She allowed flexibility in scheduling to see me sooner than I thought. She also did a thorough job of cleaning my apartment, making it sparkle. While she was cleaning, she emphasized that if I was unhappy with something to let her know and so it could be fixed. Needless to say, I was happy with everything. She did a better job than other services that I have used.

I think I charge reasonably and around average. I can work with the client if the quote is not comfortable for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customers tell me what they want done. Later i do my best to accomplish what needs to be done I work slow but in detail. So far I have happy customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to work at the Navy hospital in Bethesda In there they trained to sanitized everything in a home is similar so I just combine what I would normally do in my own home too.
