As part of my whole house renovation, LC&C replaced my roof. It was a delight to work with them. They were professional and responsive. They did the promised work for the the promised price. And, I really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. I would work with LC&C again in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Maurice two times now and both times he has been super punctual, thorough and honest! We are first time home owners and our insurance cancelled on us right after we bought our house for roof damage. We were super anxious about it & had a few big name companies quote us huge amounts for roof replacements. Maurice came by on time, looked at our roof & in our attic, and told us our roof only needed patching. He patched, and sent a ton of photos which gave me peace of mind. This year we circled back again and he gave us a really great free quote for replacement, but still told us we could wait it out if we wanted. We’re choosing to wait & really appreciate his expertise and honesty!

L&CC has been the saving grace for us, when many other contracting company's would not even attempt a trick vent gable project. While planning the date of replacement and installation, our building complex also had an emergency roof leak situation and L&CC came out immediately to look at it and fix, as a completely different project. I highly recommend working with Joaquin and L&CC!

Really enjoyed working with the LCC team. They replaced/installed skylights for me that were leaking. They did a great job at explaining what needed to be done and got the job completed on time. A full roof replacement will need to happen in the next couple years and I will be calling LCC to do the work.
