Introduction: I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, with an AAS in culinary arts and bachelor's in food service beverage management. I also concentrated in catering and event planning as well as entrepreneurship. My style of cuisine is focused on local and fresh ingredients. I have had the pleasure to work for celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck where I had an amazing opportunity to open one of his restaurants in Palm Desert, CA. My business is appealing to all clients because it is family oriented. The concept behind my catering is based on my love of cooking and the knowledge my father has imparted in me as well to be a great chef.
