Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We were hired this year to help get a yard that was ruined by another company back in order.
The other company had cut the grass too low and weeds were growing like wild fire. To try and fix this, they sprayed the lawn with something and killed all the grass by accident.
We came in and treated the ground, aerated and over seeded, and started cutting the the grass real high, 4 inches to be exact.
It took 3 months to get it back in order, but we did it and our customer is happier than ever.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Cheaper isn't always better.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I love customer service and yard work.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We took over a job from a customer that wasn't happy with their current lawn service.
I explained that the problem was the company that was doing the work wasn't getting enough money to do a decent job therefore the sub contractors just wanted to get in, and get out.
Our price was a little more to get everything cleaned up and looking decent again, but after we did the work, it looked great and the customer texted me when he got home "the yard has never looked so good".
We now have another happy customer every week and are proud to be attached to it.
