Weve hired Sandra twice, once to help get our house ready for the market, and then again after we moved in, and both times we were left in awe! Sandy is fast but most importantly does a great job! After moving into our new home I was overwhelmed with all the boxes and all the work that needed to be done, that I couldnt get to, (and wasnt looking forward to, lets be honest) with a 7 month old. Thankfully my husband suggested Hiring Sandra to help unpack us, and start us off right in our new home..and it was once again a great decision! And boy what a relief, I feel like I can breathe again.. Worth every penny! Use Sandra, you will not regret it! I highly recommend Foundation Organizing for your organizing and de-cluttering needs! Sandy is incredible! She is not only thoughtful and professional in her work, but extremely fast! She is friendly and does not judge at all. She helps you de-clutter, donates it all for you to local thrift stores, and categorizes and organizes it all. She is incredible with labeling and suggests ways to maintain it as well. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are $35 an hour ($40 an hour for garages and basements as they are more lifting) I offer discounts for military and veterans. (Fuel surcharges apply outside of Fredericksburg and Stafford. I charge .50 cents a mile ROUND TRIP)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I work a little differently than other professional organizers. My consultation is done over the phone or email...which is free. When I come to your home/office I get started right away. I won’t pressure you into buying anything. I will also offer suggestions for how to keep it neat and organized. Remember, I am a professional. I will never throw anything out that is important to you, and I'm not going to judge! I book up fast! Lets get going!
