I put some much into my other aspects of life that I can’t motivate myself enough to workout. Joey and Nathan take care of that for me. I just show up. They monitor what my abilities are and make sure I am pushed for growth. Always changing my routine. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing varies depending on the amount of sessions and style of training. Our clients purchase packages which contain a certain amount of sessions. The more sessions you purchase in a package, the cheaper the price. Also, we offer 1-on-1 and group rates. The group rates are cheaper than our 1-on-1 pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always start with an assessment to get a baseline observation of our client and see any areas of work that need to be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Both of our trainers are certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and hold Bachelor degrees in the Exercise and Health field.
