- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start by communicating through email or via phone so that we can understand their needs. From there we meet with them to see the work they want done and discuss their options. We then provide an estimate to do the work and a timeframe in which we believe it will take as well as our availability to begin the project. If the customer accepts our proposal, we begin the project when stated and stay in contact daily to update them on our progress as well as provide daily update emails with pictures and project status.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a hands on type of person. My love for designing new spaces in my home created a passion for learning how to do the work as well as getting to know the right people who specialize in the services we offer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types of customers. No job is too big or small.
