It has been a few months since Screaming Eagle Plumbing installed a tankless water heater at our house. Its never a good thing when you water heater dies, but something good did come of it. Our water heater stopped working, and I called Screaming Eagle to see if they could repair it. It was an old system. Over 16 years old and propane... needles to say I was lucky to get it lasting that long. There was a potential repair option, but I was also interested in getting something better for our growing family and this is the system Screaming Eagle Recommended based on our family and bathroom amounts. The Plumber came over and did an amazing job, he was in and out in less than half a day. It was a lot of work to get the old tank heater out and install this new one. He Installed the new tankless system He had to create an exhaust for the system He had to create a drain for the system He gave me a class on how to service it if I chose to do so myself. He also said I could call for the annual service, but it is something that you can do yourself if so inclined. We have had the tankless system for a few months and it is great. With the upcoming Holidays on the loom we are going to have about 10 relatives over and our showers and sinks will be functioning with hot water because of this system. Thanks for the hard work and coming out to us so quickly!

My goal for any customer is to provide a 5 star experience. I like to think I’m making friends every time I’m in someone’s home. I’ll always treat my customers the way I want a service provider to treat me.

I’ve learned everything in the field. I am constantly researching products and methods. I’m a licensed master plumber
