Cleaned my home very well. Very thorough. Professional and accommodating when I did not have cash on hand to pay at the end of the cleaning. Eddie was easy to talk to and we worked out an arrangement where they could have a key to my house to clean on the scheduled day.
The two reasons that I discontinued bi-weekly service:
1. Rates were pretty steep. I believe you get what you pay for, but I have had other cleaners since and they have been just as thorough for half the price. This was not the major issue ----
2. If I had to skip a cleaning (furniture delivery, repair work, vacation out of town, etc.) Top Cleaning charged me another deep cleaning fee. When I first hired them I was unaware that I would be "taxed" or penalized if a life event or an upgrade to my home caused me to have to shift a cleaning. I was very disheartened because I made sure if I had other work that the provider cleaned up behind themselves so Top Cleaning would not walk into a "construction site" and have to deal with cleaning up after the handyman or delivery service. I was very putoff by this, and immediately terminated the contract. Although this may be an acceptable business practice and it works for others, this does not work for me at all. I wish them good luck - if it were not for this I would have continued to use Top Cleaning.
