My fees are based on the amount of work anticipated to get the job done.

I prefer to have a face to face meeting to better understand their goals and to see how best I can help them get what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every week I am in a learning environment of some sort, either taking a class or teaching others. I use my skills as the only Master Certified Negotiation Expert in the central Virginia, a licensed Professional Counselor, and a background in Architecture, marketing and design to serve my clients achieve what they want with a deep insight. I frequently teach at my brokerage and advise other agents put together unique situations to help them protect their clients as best as possible.
