I purchased a living s social deal to try out this cleaning service. I've had a very difficult time getting ahold of the company as no one answers their phone. First time I called, I left a message and never had my call returned. Second time I called several weeks later, finally got someone on the phone who was very polite and apologized for the difficulty I had had racing them. She checked the schedule and set an appointment for 11am the following Monday. The day comes, I have spent time de cluttering my house to make it easier to clean, the foods were put out back to be out of the way, and no one shows up. I call the business line to make sure they were still coming, but no one answered, I left a message. I called again at 12:30pm and again st 1:30pm, no answer, left a message again and didn't hear back the rest of the day. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I am hoping someone will return my phone call to get me rescheduled, I'd like to use my living social voucher, but after the problems ive had I can't forsee using them on a regular basis. Very unreliable. .

I hired this company and they didn't do anything they promised. They did one load of laundry and and left my house the same way after being her four hours. DO NOT HIRE! AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE!!!

I am sorry that Nabila feels this way. The house was done as promised she had 4000+ square feet and more rooms than mentioned. We managed to get the whole house done in the allotted time as well 4 loads of laundry. If I had been aware of the size of the home I would have sent more people to help. As it is we did a fantastic job especially for the price that she paid at 120.00 and was not will to pay the price quote of 125.00.

At first I was looking forward to working with this company. She was very sweet setting up my appointment. The day of my scheduled move out clean, the 2 ladies showed up late and only stayed for 2 hours and didn't fully do a "clean out move" like I asked for. The 2 ladies then told my husband that for $40 more they would do it. I was already told a price and shouldn't have had to pay any extra. I left an email with the owner and she called back and said she would issue a refund... It's been over 2 months now and no refund and no reply to any of my messages. Highly upset with this company and will not refer them to anyone I know!!!
