- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water treatment is not a one size fits all. You may be able to buy a basic system from big box stores, but they aren't your local water professional. They don't have the training nor the available support to take care of you or your system; this isn't what they do all day every day. We are unique in that we will customize our systems to fit your special water requirement. We are an independently owned and operated company; therefore we can match your specific water problem with the correct technology necessary to solve your issues. Because we are NOT limited by product lines, we can customize the system to correct your specific problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free in-home water analysis and consultation. Our water analysts will come out, test your water on site, give you the results, and make recommendations based on your home or business’ specific needs. All you have to do is call or contact us through our website and set up an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has more than 50 years of combined experience. We also continually educate ourselves by visiting industry conferences and reading and studying regularly published reference materials. We are members of the EWQA (Eastern Water Quality Association) and WQA.
