I received a response took my request almost immediately. The technician was knowledgeable and after a brief discussion of what was needed, arranged to get my laptop. He is very flexible in picking up or meeting somewhere, which made it easy to get the laptopto and from him. He asked when I needed it back, but got it back to me days earlier. The Computer Jedi was first rate from initial contact through execution of service. I was having a problem with storage space on my commuter and didn't even have enough space left to update windows....even though my actual working files were taking up minimum space. I'd googled it and tried every remedy I could find....without success. Jeff found the problem in 10 minutes. After he fixed it, I not only could update windows, but quadrupled my storage space. I've worked at Northrop, CSC, SAIC as a Senior Computer Systems Administrator. I am currently a Desktop Support Technician at NASA Langley Research Center. I hold 4, NASA IT Security Certifications, A+, Network + and Security + Certifications. I am also certified as a fiber optic splicer. In the 38 + years in the IT industry I've work all sorts of computer, home theater, security, video teleconferencing, and electronic systems. I try and stay abreast to the latest trends but it moves quickly.
