Keisha ad her employee Nichole were terrific. Keisha came the morning before to check out the job so she could estimate time and materials. She did this for no charge and did not charge for her travel time which was very generous. Keisha and Nichole arrived on time and were ready to work. I had spilled some turmeric on the counters that morning and they were professional and reassuring, and worked extra had to clear up a difficult stain. I needed a very deep cleaning due to having had a rat in my house. Again Keisha had been forewarned and came prepared to deal with this professionally and safely, providing filter masks for herself and her employee. She also alerted me to another place that may need to be closed off. When she had questions she called to clarify what I wanted. One stop is an excellent service and I call on this business again.

Honestly I did hire Keisha last minute on Tuesday for a Friday morning, so it was nice that she was able to come on such short notice. She does not work for a cleaning company, this is a cleaning service she provides on her own. She claims to not charge as much as the cleaning comapines, which is slightly true, but with the amount she charged me I definitely expected better cleaning services to be provided. Keisha charged me $160 for what she said should of been at least 3 or 4 hours of cleaning services, but instead I received 2 hours of a half done job. Maid pro charges $179 for 4 hours on a two bedroom 1074 square foot apartment with two bathrooms, which I have. This includes doing everything from detail baseboards in the bathrooms, stoves, fridge, oven, dusting, and etc. When I called Keisha I could tell she has not done a lot of professional jobs before because she asked me what I needed done after I already explained to her that I needed a one time cleaning. I did briefly get into detail with her about what I wanted done in the apartment and even told her that she didn't have to do one of the rooms. When Keisha and her assistant first arrived my husband noticed that they smelled like weed, so that was extremely unprofessional. I watched her assistant the whole time and she rushed doing the whole kitchen, which explains why she did a half job. She wiped over the microwave not cleaned it down. There we're so many obvious spots she missed that I thought maybe they wouldn't come up but when I took a dry paper towel and saw that they came right up I was shocked. She never even touched the fridge out all even though I spoke to Keisha and told her I wanted the fridge cleaned out. Then when it came to vacumimng she rushed to do that so quickly that she missed so many spots that we're obvious. She didn't dust my couch off, which I didn't know I had to tell her to do. I've hired other cleaning services before and never once had an issue and dusting off the couch in the living room is just a given. I asked for her to Windex my glass tables and she did horrible at that leaving so many streaks and scrouffs behind, that I didn't even want her to do redo them. Also she didn't dust off my lamps, which she had to remove from the glass table, so that just means she was too lazy to do them. Keisha didn't clean my base boards in my bathroom. Another thing the assistant didn't pick up all the trash on the floor and left trash in my cup holder in my couch and asked me if I needed help picking up trash when she saw me picking up clutter, so there was less things for them to have to put away in my apartment. I hired them to do that not me, if that's the case I could of done their job for free. The worst part about all of this is I paid $160 for 2 hours worth of crappy work because I was too nice to just be honest. I should of gotten some money back for not getting the whole three hours as promised, considering the fact the job wasn't done properly. Of course when I called Keisha she didnt make that suggestion. I highly recommend you DO NOT hire Keisha and hire a true professional. KEISHA CHARGES ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE REAL PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES BUT FOR WAY LESS QUALITY. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID 😔

Ms Nicole. Let me first say that I believe its the right of every customer to address the quality of service they receive, good or bad. I also believe that you should get quality service, especially if you're paying for it. However I do not believe that it is your right to accuse and slander my assistant and I of smelling like weed when you very well know that is a lie. This is professional forum and you have definitely turned it into a personal attack with your fabricated story. If you remember correctly your husband wasn't even at home when we arrived. You decided to do your own cleaning in the mist of us doing ours. The reason i had to consistantly ask what you needed me to do. I have never had a customer do that, but that is your perogative. When we conducted the walkthrough, as is my custom with ALL my customers, both you and your husband agreed and verbalized to me that you were satisfied with our service. Shame on you for not speaking up if that was not the case. Additionally, when you called me after we left I offered to to return immediately and once again you denied me the opportunity to fix whatever you were unhappy with. Again shame on you if you can't speak up for yourself, especially if you believe you didn't get what you paid for. Although I have not been doing this service for a very long time I always, always try to put my best work forward. All of the reviews I've received have been nothing less than five stars. So I think my work ethic speaks for itself. I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied but it I doesn't give you the right to make such distasteful remarks about someone you don't even know.

In under 8 hours time, Keisha and her co-worker got me to a manageable level of getting my house in order. It was a weight lifted off my shoulders. Excellent communication, work ethic, and fast as lightning. I would recommend Keisha to anyone. AAA++++ service and reasonable price, too.
