I had my first session today and the intensity of the workout was amazing. I really liked the variety of the workout. Walter pushed me through the entire hour, which was exactly what I was looking for in a trainer.I cannot wait for my next session!!!!!

My. Winfrey is an excellent trainer. I have been training for almost 3 months now and I can see the results like no other gym like no other workout. When I tell you that he really puts his work in on you and gives you the training you desire you will be pleased with his work. He's very professional and will push you. He doesn't give up on you and will work with your schedule. I recommend him to any one seeking a trainer on a personal level of training he has the skills and equipment to get you right. All you have to do is show up and hell show out. Great trainer great atmosphere great guy. I will be doin a second session because I'm in love with my results. Matt and Meghan are great trainers. They’ll find your strengths and weaknesses but will help you improve in both areas. I’ve been at Funcfit for a year and my fitness level has continuously improved. I knew immediately when I met Ben and did my first workout with him that I found the Personal Trainer that I've been wanting to find. Ben has created workouts that are tailored to me and are getting me the results I've been looking for. Not only is Ben someone with extreme fitness and resistance training knowledge he understands my needs and goals and has gone above and beyond to make sure they are met. He pushes me everyday to do my best and he is helping me become the fit/healthy person I want to be!
I have been working out with Jamie for about 6 weeks now and she is truly amazing to work with. She pushes you to do your best. I chose to work with a personal trainer to build my strength and endurance. As a beginner, new to strength training, Debbie allowed me to complete exercises at my pace, all the while tweaking my form, and explaining how making slight adjustments isolates different muscles. Debbie caters to her clients' specific needs rather than cookie-cutter workout routines. I am so pleased with the progress I have made, largely due to Debbie's inspiration and encouragement.

This guy is the best of the best. In September, 2015, I signed up for 20 one-hour sessions of personal training with Brian. I was 62 years old and did not have a background in athletics, physical fitness, or bodybuilding. I had struggled through about one year of CrossFit before I met Brian. I was very disappointed with the results (and number of injuries) I was getting from CrossFit. I could see that Brian certainly had a body composition I could admire. After the first 20 sessions were finished, I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for 20 more sessions and when those were done, I signed up for 20 more for a total of 60 sessions. I gained a huge amount of muscle while working with Brian without a single injury. This is especially amazing considering that I was 62 years old at the time. I give my highest recommendation to Brian Meadows both as a knowledgeable trainer and a person of great integrity.
It's been extremely rewarding working out with Kai adventure. As a trainer, Carlo is very attentive to what it takes to push me further during each workout. With the high intensity and strength training, I definitely reach my exhaustion levels at the end of each session. He's also very motivating, fun, and finds ways to make sure we don't give up. He's able to train a group at the same time and meet all our levels of needs. I look forward in continuing to work with Kai and can't wait to train in the new facility.
