What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices our vary reasonable. We also understand that going to school and having a family can be very expensive which is why we also offer reward programs, referral programs, military discounts, and good grades can earn free sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our clients have accepting our quote and once to begin tutoring they are required to register on our webpage so they can be put into the database. From there the customer provides what they prefer and we try our best to accommodate their requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our math tutor has been tutoring for 20 years and has a BS in mechanical engineering, a MBA, and a MS in Accounting
