Introduction: I provide interior and exterior painting, commercial and residential. Specializing in HGTV style custom work. I have been in the painting business for over 25 years. Bailey's Painting is covered by a full workers compensation policy / $2,000,000 General Liability / $1,000,000 Commercial Vehicle / And a $3,000,000 Umbrella for extra protection, and security. As you can see in my photos. No job is to big, or to small. However, smaller jobs I charge an hourly rate starting @ $75 hr.This is a service fee which does not include materials. With a minimum, and maximum of 4 hrs. After 4 hrs., the price is determined by square footage, which includes materials. All estimates are free...

Total lack of communication...he was no were to Be found.if it wasn't for his employee working so hard, doing a excellent job And him communicating with me then I would have Fired him. His employee saved his behind.

Lawrence Billy is by far the most unprofessional painter either work for, he would never be at the job site, very unorganized,he owes me money 4 my services of work. He is impossible to get ahold of, he is not a man of his word!

He worked for me as a subcontractor for 3 years and he is not honest to his word. He has no GL or WC insurance as he claims. Please check that out before you hire him. He is always in financial distress which is not good for a homeowner. Be aware if he is asking for a payment in advance before job starts. Most lkely you will not get your investment returned. Nice picture and suit...poor delivery on painting.
