Sanford is absolutely amazing! He is professional and dedicated and truly cares about his clients and their goals. He is very knowledgeable about exercise/training and the science behind working out. Always showing up on time and never missing a session, he encourages you throughout each workout and pushes you to your limits. I always leave his gym feeling great! He changes up routines, which is great for both your muscles and keeping the workouts interesting. He quickly learns about you as an individual and tailors workouts specific to your needs and likes. He doesn't only train you, but works out WITH you like a workout partner. This not only makes me feel like I can do it, it allows me to learn proper form for each exercise. I have been working out with Sanford for a couple of weeks now and I am already developing strength and definition, which is a goal of mine. You will not be disappointed giving Sanford a call! Not to mention...he plays great music!
Functionally Fit provides a friendly environment with a trainer who knows how to tailor the workouts to meet your needs. You get everything here (weights, mobility, cardio, agility, etc), which keeps the workouts exciting and effective. The classes are quick and convenient - often around 30 minutes! Functionally Fit also has yoga twice a week which is a great compliment to the weekly programming. I look forward to going as often as I can!
I had been training for about 3 years on my own, making good progress until I hit a plateau. Since working with Dan, I've made significant progress in the gym breaking all my plateaus and still getting lean! I highly recommend Dan for either a fitness evaluation, a meal plan, or both!
I am very satisfied with my results!! I owe it to my trainer Sean. I had 0 motivation to get into the gym, eat right and lose weight but he helped me get there. He's so authentic, knowledgeable and has such great passion for what he does. He was very understanding, pushed me to overcome boundaries I never thought I could. I am now in so much better shape, I cut 10 lbs in just 4 weeks with many more to go. He really empowers you and pushes you to be the best you can be.

Virginia Beach Adventure Boot Camp is my only choice for getting in shape! I have done many camps prior to having my baby where I had phenomenal results. After having my baby last summer, I tried going to the "local" fitness club and was not seeing the results I had in the past that I had with VB Adventure Boot Camp. I am happy to be back! The atmosphere is so much fun, women of all shapes, sizes and ages come together, work hard and motivate each other. Everyday we mix it up with total body strength and conditioning. I love Virginia Beach Adventure Boot Camp and will never go back to a gym!
Kelsey is fantastic! She is very encouraging and supportive in and out of the gym. I always leave training feeling like I can do anything. Her healthy eating tips are just as good as her workouts. Can't wait to get back in he gym with her :)
Love Sara Benson's Pilates class. Crossfit Reanimated is a top notch facility...clean and spacious with new quality equipment. Sara is a great instructor...she pushes you without breaking you and conducts a fun and energetic class. Highly recommend!
