Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!
I was only able to work with Brian for a few weeks before having to take a break from training, but boy did I see changes in just that short amount of time! I was so nervous to start working with a PT but Brian made me feel very comfortable about the decision I made and proved very quickly that he can work with any body type. I can't wait to be able to continue training, knowing I'm in great hands!
Jamie is absolutely awesome. Each session I've had with her is different. I love how she spices it up every time we meet. She's taught me so many things I can do to tone with a stability ball and weights. When she notices that I'm struggling to finish a set, she's right there beside me motivating me, cheering that I can do it. With her motivation, I do finish it and it feels so good. I don't believe you could ever find the expertise and professionalism that Jamie has to offer at a typical gym. She designs my workout specifically for me. Jamie not only does physical training, but she also educates you on nutrition. She helps you figure out how much calories you should be taking in on a daily basis on workout days and non workout days. I would recommend Jamie to anyone I know, whether it is someone just wanting to shed a few pounds for a wedding or a person who is really ready to make that lifestyle change and loose a lot of weight. Since starting my sessions with Jamie, I feel better physically and mentally. I look forward to each session I have with her.
I knew immediately when I met Ben and did my first workout with him that I found the Personal Trainer that I've been wanting to find. Ben has created workouts that are tailored to me and are getting me the results I've been looking for. Not only is Ben someone with extreme fitness and resistance training knowledge he understands my needs and goals and has gone above and beyond to make sure they are met. He pushes me everyday to do my best and he is helping me become the fit/healthy person I want to be!

I think one of the best things is how comfortable Joe makes you feel starting out and then through out training. He is very encouraging and supportive, he helps you modify exercises if you need to for your individual ability so anyone can work out. The workouts are addicting because the are always different and challenging. You will definitely get results if you train with Joe!
Jill is a great trainer and the best I have ever had work with me. She is very knowledgeable and will work to ensure you meet your goals whatever they may be. My main goal was to strengthen my bones (and to tone). I had a bone density test two years ago after breaking my wrist (ice skating) in which I was told that I was borderline in having osteopenia. I was already taking calcium and Vit D so strength training was my only way to improve my situation. I am happy to say after working with Jill for over a year, my bones have improved by 2% and that was only training two times a week for 30 minutes a session. I plan to strength train three times a week so hopefully in two years I will see even more improvement. I am so happy I am going in the right direction! I owe Jill a lot for encouraging me to keep on working hard and to have faith that she would help me improve my strength in all areas of my body because she really does know what she is doing and you can tell she loves what she does! She has such positive energy that it makes you want to show up at the gym to work out with her.
What I like about Brian is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Working with Caleb has been tremendous change for me in term of understanding fitness and how to approach training the right way. It is not about how much weight you can lift or how many sets/reps you can crank up. It is about functional strength, mobility, and proper form. I am over 55 years old and now I can move my body in a way I never knew I could, may be when I was a teen. ;) Caleb is really patient and can quickly zero in into your body ability and its potential and set a program for you to hit your goals and guide along the way.
The gym hours work great with my schedule and its within minutes of my home. The Cardio Blast and Zumba classes are awesome and I can see the results. You can get great tips for healthy meals and snacking, as well as a smiling face when you walk through the door. Overall, I would recommend this gym to everyone, whether you're looking for personal training, group workouts or even if you're a loner, this is the place!!
Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She is always very flexible when I need to rearrange my training sessions. She gets back to me immediately. She is also always changing up my routines to keep it interesting and challenging.
I worked with Doug 10 years ago and got amazing tesults. Immediately upon returning to the Hampton Roads area I contacted Doug again so that I can acheive the same great results. He is professional and has a love for fitness. He is dedicated and keeps it intetesting , he will push you and encourage you to reach your goal whatever that maybe for you. He listens and will give you 110% but be prepared to work. You get out what you put in. When you seek him out get your mind ready to work and the results will come. Great experience lost 6lbs in two weeks. Always available for questions will work to suit your abilities and needs (mobility, meal plans, etc.) Pricing is great and he is willing to work with you as far as location. Lastly his appearance is reassuring that he knows what fit is. Unlike another trainer I had that looked like he needed more training than me so that was over before it started. I like to get to know who I am working with so learning my trainer multiple skills and certifications was a PLUS. Sold!!!

Although I only spent a few weeks training with Cris, I greatly enjoyed my sessions with him and have eagerly recommended him to friends and family. He is extremely knowledgeable about exercise and health and he loves to teach. I came in with some experience but Cris helped me push myself and improve in the areas I was lacking.
