Mr. Stepney was hired to create a 3-D and 2-D schematic of our unfinished basement. Not only was this done quickly and professionally, but we also hired him again to furnish the basement on the same software, And implemented a wiring list for the circuitry as well. We will definitely be working with him soon again.

Stepney seemed really enthused in the beginning. I explained my project to him early February and I paid him $300.00 to get it done. He communicates a lot in the beginning the later completely stop communicating. I literally had to keep harassing him just for updates. After signing a NDA with me he admittedly told me that he had discussed my project with his fiancé. I was really disappointed and cut ties especially after receiving a picture of an unfinished project after weeks. Stepney told me he got wrapped up in too many jobs on thumbtack and never offered to give me a refund. He needs more professionalism and more experience.

I'd love to work with you to finnish your project! I'm sorry you didn't communicate as much as you'd like, but please be patient, as not all prototypes are the same. Please be on the lookout for your design in the mail, as we discussed, and don't forget to post a update when the product is received! Again I do apologize, and I can't wait for your product to be sent to you.
