Introduction: We are constantly checking on our work so you don't have to. There is a supervisor on every cleaning and myself or another manager comes out to our regular clients on a weekly on monthly basis (depending on how frequent they receive cleanings) to make sure our staff is always working up to our standards! Being able to do it well and making what we do be one less thing people have to worry about.

We use Dr Clean for our apartment community their work is amazing! They are on top of everything we rarely need to even discuss the cleanings they're done so well. We have used other cleaning services before and not one has come close to providing such great customer service and AND amazing cleaning. They also bend over backwards anytime we have a last minute request they are truly a life saver!

I had them to strip and wax my floors recently in my office and they were great! Speaking to Dana on the phone she was extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. When the cleaners came to do the flooring they did an excellent job. Everyone that saw the floor the next day spoke on the squeaky clean floor. Dana also followed up with me making sure everything was to my liking. I am looking to have them clean my office now on a more regular basis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does a great job and puts their clients 1st.

I would have to say the my experience with Dana and Dr Clean as a company was phenomenal. They addressed all of my needs and concerns of my stores cleanliness. They even gave me tips on how to keep things looking newer longer in between their services. I will definitely continue to use their services and recommend that everyone I know to use them too!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask in depth questions regarding what you will receive. We have very detailed checklists to go through to make sure we are getting everything but not every company has that. Also not every place and need is the same so ask as many questions as you like. Don't be afraid to state all of your expectations it's always best when everyone is on the same page.
