Cliff was a dream come true. His price and value was perfect. I booked Cliff for my daughter's graduation party. Let me first begin my 18 year old LOVED him! She will not and I mean not stop talking about his Cajun chicken and his ceasar salad which she claims didn't need any dressing. As Mom and hostess I was busy attending to guest. But I want to say Cliff was professional, a man of his word and very easy to work with. We changed the menu 3 times and he did NOT once get upset about that! The food was so good there was NOTHING left. We have every intention of using Cliff again. He was so easy to work with and he made my daughter's day special. It meant everything to me. Clif catered my entire Thanksgiving dinner for 26 adults and 7 children under the age of 8! Having the food catered allowed me to relax and enjoy my family and guests!
