We hired Saga Flooring to 1.) replace our carpet with hardwood and 2.) refinish our existing hardwood so everything on the first floor matched. Carlos was VERY easy to work with. He finished our project on time and provided us with continuous updates on the process. The final product is so beautiful. We are so happy with the work.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I am a general contractor and was looking for a hardwood flooring installer for a renovation project which included lacing new and old flooring together and refinishing everything. Carlos was cordial, professional and clearly experienced in all aspects of the business. He kept to the schedule, offered a high level of workmanship and at a fair value. I highly recommend this contractor.

We initially contacted Carlos to install hardwood flooring in our ~450 sq. foot family room. When he arrived for the estimate (about 2 hours after contacting him via Thumbtack) he noticed that we were pulling up carpets that also had hardwood underneath. He asked if we were interested in refinishing and we said we were not sure as we had a tight timeline for moving in and did not know if it could be done in time. To help us decide, Carlos sent us 2 estimates, one for the install and one for the refinishing. He rearranged his schedule to have the entire house complete 4 days before moving in to allow for curing time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took samples of our floors so that he could install matching wood in the family room. The work is so beautiful and we could not be happier! He also repaired/patched a damaged area in the floor and you cannot tell it was ever there! Thank you Carlos for working in our timeframe to make our first home beautiful.

Saga Flooring did an awesome job on my floors. I was tired of looking at the old run down carpet and vinyl in my house and Saga arrived on time and completely transformed my downstairs living area in one day with LVP flooring! I have so many great things to say about Carlos and the Saga Flooring team! Carlos came out to give us an estimate and got right to work the following week. He was even accommodating when we had other workers/projects being done around the same timeframe. When the floor project started, The team worked hard and fast to put down 1200 sq for worth of vinyl. The quality of the floors are great and the prices beat every other estimate we received. We are already planning to use Saga Flooring for another flooring project in the future. Thanks Carlos and team!
