The Saga Flooring team did an excellent job replacing the flooring in our sunroom. There was an issue with the color of the vinyl flooring that was ordered (they ordered the right product, but the color of the floor and the color that was provided on the website were drastically different). The team drove all the way to Williamsburg to make sure we got the right color vinyl, and that it was installed on the very same day. They really went above and beyond to ensure that our new floor was installed the same day, and that the product matched what we agreed upon. They worked quickly, and the final results were excellent! I would definitely recommend Saga Flooring for any flooring needs you have.

Saga Flooring replaced our carpet with laminated flooring in the living room, dining room, bathroom and closet. They also fixed the squeaking in the stairs.
The laminated flooring that was installed is perfect and looks fabulous!
Saga Flooring is very responsive, flexible and easy to work with. They’re also fast and efficient.
We received the best quote from Saga Flooring and quality by far!

We had the tiles in our kitchen removed and replaced with hardwood floors. The work was completed in one day, as promised. We had 3 estimates and Saga beat everyone by a considerable amount. They were easy to work with and even went above and beyond with a last minute request. I would definitely use this group again, if I needed hardwoods installed.

We pulled up some carpet in our 50 year old house, we knew there was hardwood underneath. The carpet we removed was from the entrance , hallway and master bedroom and 5 closets. At some time in the house's history a previous owner had driven nails all over the hallway, presumably to stop squeaking. The wood in the hallway had to be replaced as well as about a quarter of the bedroom. The whole project was about 500 square feet. Carlos and his crew removed the damaged floor installed the new hardwood, sanded and applied a coat of "poly" in one long day. They came back the next day and installed shoe moulding, transitions and applied another coat of poly.
On the day Carlos came for the estimate he took a sliver of wood from one of the damaged areas in order to match it. The 50 year old wood and the new wood match exactly.
Carlos and his crew were outstanding in every way. our floor looks great and we can't wait to get the rest of the carpet out of the house.

Carlos and his team did an awesome job! Removed and disposed of my old carpet and tile, replaced damaged plywood and insulation, installed laminate and underlayment. New floor looks amazing! They were on time, polite, and very patient with me and all my questions. The price was very affordable, beating all other estimates and, best of all, were able to do the job during the only timeframe I had available. I'd definitely hire them again when it comes time to do my upstairs flooring.
