Excellent work! I have to say that this was one of the best contracting experiences I’ve had in a long time. Andre at Creative Technical Systems was very knowledgeable and also personable. When he arrived, we went over my specific needs. Afternoon thoroughly assessing and explaining to me the process involved, he actually gave lowered my previous quote. (I didn’t need the tv mounted. I wanted to conceal all the wires behind the wall). Andre completed the job in a timely manner, cleaning up along the way. When the job was complete, he thoroughly explained his process. i was very pleased. I will continue to use Andre l in the future.

I’m always hesitant to have people that I do not know in my home; however, Andre was so professional, I didn’t mind. He arrived a few minutes early, explained what he was doing, allowed me to suggest where I wanted the TV placed, and tips for future installations. Very neat and prompt. Would definitely recommend and re-hire him for another job. Thanks Andre!!!

Andre moved the cable wire and ran it through the wall so no cords are showing. Excellent! The TV mount I purchased was a few inches short but Andre did an OUTSTANDING job of making sure that the mount was installed with the necessary room needed to extend the mount. I have a deep opening above my fireplace so a regular flat mount would not have worked for the 50" TV I wanted mounted. Andre is meticulous in making sure that the job is done and he enjoys challenges, I saw that first hand! Gotta love diligence. I'll be calling him again! Thanks S. Brown

Andre did a fantastic job running our TV cords behind the wall! He added an electrical socket for us and concealed everything flawlessly. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and look forward to working with him again in the future!
