I'm Brian, a Personal Trainer that's passionate about fitness. I've been training for over 20 years. I've recieved my training while serving 8 years in the Marine Corps. I ran the Body Composition Program in Japan for 2 years where I was responsible for the training of previously injured Marines. My responsibilities included monitoring thier body fat % and body measurements along with daily workouts in an effort to return them to full duty. Since then I have worked with clients from all levels of fitness. From athletic teens, police officers, to older clients over the age of 80. I offer many types of services including training at my home gym, fitness classes, stretching 101, virtual training, and home visits. I believe that there is no substitute for form and quality reps and the same goes for providing professionalism with quality service. That is what separates me from the rest.
