Introduction: Hi, I'm Brian, a Personal Trainer that's passionate about fitness. I've been training for over 20 years. I've recieved my training while serving 8 years in the Marine Corps. I ran the Body Composition Program in Japan for 2 years where I was responsible for the training of previously injured Marines. My responsibilities included monitoring thier body fat % and body measurements along with daily workouts in an effort to return them to full duty. Since then I have worked with clients from all levels of fitness. From athletic teens, police officers, to older clients over the age of 80. I offer many types of services including training at my home gym, fitness classes, stretching 101, virtual training, and home visits. I believe that there is no substitute for form and quality reps and the same goes for providing professionalism with quality service. That is what separates me from the rest.

Two and half years ago, I walked in with my then 19 year old daughter. She was looking to get a workout routine and some motivation. We were greeted by Brian. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that myself and my husband would be training along side of her. I've never stepped in a foot in a gym, let alone work with a trainer. Brian’s knowledge of muscle structure and his personal experience have been so important for my growth. I have been struggling with weight gain due to injuries and on a whim I walked in and Brian was there to greet me and start me on my fitness journey. I have a long way to go but with the help from Brian and his constant encouragement I am confident I will achieve my goal. He has helped me in so many ways he doesn't even realize!
