- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly tuition fee is paid by check/cash, in advance of the teaching, not one lesson at a time. Lessons missed are completed. on a case by case basis. No student should come for a lesson if they are ill; please give notice in the morning of the lesson. Family rate for 2 students in 1 family: 45 minute lesson each @ $40 for first and $30 for second (Monthly: $280) 60 minute lesson each @ $50 for first and $40 for second (Monthly: $360)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years of private Piano study, 6 years of private Violin study, 4 years of participation in a High School Symphony Orchestra, 8 years private study in Organ Performance, 4 years private study in Voice plus Undergraduate Degree in Music Education and Organ Performance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
One thing would just lead to another. At first it was just the beauty of doing great music and performing well; recognition led to work offers in School programs, Sacred Music in churches, leadership as a director of church music....choral, instrumental (choirs/ensembles), handbells (a separate learning in itself), orchestral accompaniments, etc.
