Don't request an estimate over the phone, chances you may pay higher price when they show up at your door. Ask what type of payments they accept and their cancellation policy. Don't sign any documents unless your read and understood. Finally, don't give out your house or office key for the initial cleaning; wait until 2nd or 3rd cleaning.
