Super Nova Electric installed and hung my projector/screen. He also wired and hung several ceiling fans. Daniel the owner did a spectacular job he was very professional and clean. I have already recommended him to several of my friends/family. I would definitely use them again for any of my electrical needs. Walter

Daniel provided excellent and punctual service when I had a power outage in my basement. He pinpointed the problem right away and I had my lights working again in no time.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing varies based on the project. Troubleshooting would be priced on a time and material bases. Rates are as follows 60hr (one hour minimum) for one technician. 100hr (one hour minimum) for two technicians. Recess lighting, ceiling fan, dedicated circuits just to name a few have set prices which are shares upon request.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We treat all of our customers equally. With new customers it is always a priority to make them feel at ease. Listen to them and get a better idea of what it is they are looking for. Most importantly we like our finished product to speak for itself and hope that we captured what the customer had in mind.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have eight years experience in the electrical field. Most of my experience comes from two companies in which I learned a great deal of knowledge. To this day I keep a great relationship with my pervious employers. If not for them I would not be where I am today. Of corse I had to put in the effort and determination to learn what was being tough. One of the ways I was able to pick up th trade fairly quickly was enrolling into the proper schooling and eventually getting licsenced.
