Rigo is very unprofessional and rude. As soon as he pulled up to the driveway he was smoking a cigarette and threw it in my yard. He started talking too much about how he is the best in the area and "bragging" about how much money hes made to other companies (No one ever asked him) I had to walk away just to get him to start the job. I was originally quoted $125, even though his online ad said $99. I had a quote from another company for $99 and asked Rigo if he could match it, only because the other company was available at a later time and I wanted the work done asap. When I asked Rigo for a reciept he said he will not be able to provide me with one since he did not want to pay taxes on it (I hope the IRS reads this). He said if I wanted a receipt I would have to pay him the $125... he then proceeded to explain how business's work and how he was cutting me a deal. I was tired of his nonsense so I gave him the $25, he said was going to text me a receipt. I told him that was unacceptable, he then said he would email me a receipt at a later time. I told him i needed a receipt that moment.. he refused and gave me my $25 back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Horrible work from a very RUDE & nasty guy. The carpet stinks and LOOKS WORSE than before. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Worst customer service ever and bad cleaning. Along with spoil in the walls when cleaning. Very rude and arrogant guy. Never ever get carpet cleaned by him. Not worth the money paid. Doesn't listen to our words.
