Wow, what an experience. I recently booked a session with Sonya for my wife, who was recovering from an illness and was experiencing moderate, routine soreness and fatigue. After 75 minutes with Sonya, it’s was as if my wife began to return to herself more quickly; it may seem dramatic to share this, but it's genuinely the best way to illustrate the results. A few hours after her massage, my wife, who has enjoyed any number of massages throughout her life and many in some exceptional resorts, shared that her experience with Sonya was one of the very best massages she ever experienced, period, bar none. Moreover, my wife added that she felt quite comfortable through the experience. Most of all, she said felt truly cared for in the manner that Sonya both asked, listened, and ultimately focused on her areas of pain and general concern. Shifting to my experience as the humble coordinator and gift-giver, in my opinion, Sonya was remarkable. Her relaxed, honest, open communication style was appreciated, her follow-up was remarkably prompt, all replies exhibited a sense of true caring, and, well, I imagine there's no better way to express it other than share that she was attentive to my situation and desires (e.g., I explained a bit about the illness and my hope for the massage). Sonya was just perfect through the whole process. Sonya is a true professional. I may not know a great deal about massage therapy or therapists, for that matter, yet, I cannot imagine any being above the caliber that my wife and I experienced working with Sonya. She put me at ease in the process, and she assuredly did the same for my wife, and it really made a difference. Upon reflection, as I close on this review and reading through it, I find myself thinking, "All of this, and she is available at a time and venue that is most convenient for her clients...does it actually get any better?" Sonya is an outstanding find; I fully anticipate working with her for a very long time as my wife continues to improve/heal. I cannot imagine seeking an alternative therapist following our experience. Absolutely highly recommended!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  $10 off it you supply your own table and sheets $10 off for active military

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  After arranging an appointment time, I bring everything needed for the massage: table, sheets, lotion, etc. The client provides the space needed for me to set up my table and have room enough for me to work around it. I have a brief discussion with the client about their needs and expectations for the massage. I then leave the room to wash up while the client gets undressed to their comfort level and gets under the sheet. Then the massage begins and relaxation gets underway.
