Two out of the three people I would give five stars but the female of the group I give at best three stars. Just about every time I went to the truck she was playing on her phone. The two men were very hard working but she seemed to slack off. I have used for a move in North Carolina a female who was part of a husband and wife team who was incredible so it’s not the gender it’s the individual.Nov 1, 2018Verified

Thank you for your feedback. Yes it is unfortunate that the television broke. However you were refunded above and beyond the value of a new television with the same specifications. You were refunded the entire cost of the move which again is more than the replacement cost of the television.

Pro Overall move was great. Movers did a good job moving my belongings. Cons movers arrived one hour late also language barrier, only one mover spoke English, but it wasn’t a huge issue. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All our moves include shrink-wrap and the use of moving blankets. We do not have any hidden or additional fees. We stand by our prices and a customer will never have any surprises when it comes time to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We try and assess the needs of the customer rather than telling them what they need. Each move is unique and no two customers are the same. We try and learn as much as we can about the scope of work and then recommend the right size crew to complete the job efficiently. Once a customer selects us for their move they are given a service agreement where the scope of work, pricing, and insurance information is clearly stated.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work withe residential and commercial customers. Our residential customers range from small apartments to large estates. Our commercial customers range from small to medium sized offices.
