Introduction: I am a certified STOTT® Pilates Instructor with a home studio. My sessions focus on providing total body strength utilizing state of the art professional STOTT® pilates equipment. Sessions are tailored to the individual and work towards improvements in posture, flexibility, muscle tone and core strength. You will have a full body workout, in a relaxing and fun environment. All fitness levels welcome, specializing in injuries and special populations.
I love helping people whether it involves building up core and lower back strength to reduce pain, or creating strength and length overall in an athletic conditioning session. I like to have fun and get a lot of hard work done simultaneously during a session.
